What You’ll Do:

You’ll work directly with construction leadership, commissioning teams, and trade partners to ensure electrical systems are installed safely, correctly, and in alignment with hyperscale data center standards.
What You’ll Do
• Install, troubleshoot, and oversee electrical systems within active data center builds
• Lead electrical crews and ensure work meets NEC, local code, and client specifications
• Support installation of switchgear, UPS systems, generators, grounding, busway, and high‑density power distribution
• Perform QA/QC checks, verify terminations, and ensure proper testing and documentation
• Coordinate with GC, commissioning agents, and other trades to maintain schedule alignment
• Conduct safety checks, LOTO procedures, and enforce electrical safety protocols
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, one‑lines, and technical specifications
• Support energization, start‑up, and commissioning activities
What You Bring
•Active Master Electrician license (any state; multi‑state preferred)
• 10+ years of electrical experience, with at least 3+ years in data centers, mission‑critical, industrial, or high‑density electrical environments
• Strong understanding of NEC, grounding/bonding, medium‑voltage systems, and critical power infrastructure
• Ability to lead crews, coordinate with construction teams, and maintain high‑quality workmanship
• Experience with fast‑paced schedules and large‑scale electrical installations
• Willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred Experience
• Hyperscale or colocation data center builds
• UPS, generator, MV gear, and commissioning support
• QA/QC, testing, and documentation experience
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction platforms

We’re seeking multiple Senior Superintendents to take ownership of day‑to‑day field execution across major construction programs. This leader will oversee site operations, safety performance, workflow coordination, subcontractor activity, and schedule adherence while partnering closely with the Project Manager to drive overall project success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & Execution
• Direct and support subcontractors and trade partners to ensure milestones are met on fast‑paced project timelines
• Review construction documents, shop drawings, and plans to confirm constructability and alignment with project requirements
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
• Maintain a zero‑incident mindset and enforce all OSHA and site‑specific safety protocols
• Confirm subcontractors are properly trained and compliant with all safety expectations
Reporting & Documentation
• Produce daily and weekly progress reports using construction management platforms
• Capture site conditions through digital photos and maintain accurate material‑receiving logs
Quality Assurance
• Lead QA/QC efforts, generate punch lists, and collaborate with subcontractors to resolve deficiencies
• Prepare and process change orders as needed
Cross‑Team Coordination
• Work in partnership with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and division leadership to align multiple scopes of work running concurrently
Required Capabilities
• Strong proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and MS Project
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Solid understanding of building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations
• Skilled at identifying schedule risks and proposing corrective strategies
• Confident decision‑maker with strong communication and team‑building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage several activities simultaneously
Experience Expectations
• 10+ years in a Superintendent or Field Engineering role on active job sites
• Background in industrial manufacturing construction or manufacturing facility build‑outs is essential
• Experience with sitework, concrete, steel, MEP systems, and interior finishes
• Renovation work within operational facilities is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
